10-42 Tactical Return Policy

Should you find any of your items to be defective or if you received the wrong size or wrong product, please notify us immediately by email at onlineorders@1042tactical.com or by calling 304-232-4462.

Return Policy: We are not able to accept returns for items that have been altered in any way, including but not limited to: hemmed pants, striped pants, shirts that have been adorned with patches, rank, years of service, or altered in any way. We will accept returns or credit the account if you did not receive the correct item that was ordered.

If you received the correct item, but wish to return it, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and the end user is responsible for shipping costs and returning the item.
